With a film length capacity of up to 800mm using the micrometer adjustable film machine, this coater provides versatility in coating applications.
Operating on AC220V with a power consumption of 1.6KW, the coater features a heatable vacuum platform constructed from aluminum alloy with micro-sized holes. This platform, measuring 255mm in width and 810mm in length, incorporates heating elements enabling temperature control up to a maximum of 120ºC. The film applicator, equipped with a built-in pushing bar and a micrometer adjustable applicator, offers a width of 180mm. The pushing bar, driven by a 24VDC motor, allows continuous adjustment to the desired position for precise coating. It's noteworthy that the thinnest achievable film thickness is greater than 10 microns.
