Flue gas humidity analyzer
Flue gas humidity analyzer can be widely applied in the measurement and analysis of water vapor concentration in the flue gas before and after desulfurization and denitrification from heat-engine plant, chemical plant and iron and steel plant, etc. Flue gas humidity analyzer uses imported sensors to ensure the accuracy and service life of the instrument. The analyzer is easy to operate, has a long service life and is easy to maintain.
Product Description
The Flue gas humidity analyzer is engineered with essential features to ensure precise and reliable performance in measuring humidity. Its imported sensor chip plays a pivotal role in maintaining high accuracy and an extended service life for the transmitter. The analyzer's internal cavity is constructed with robust 316F material, providing strong resistance to corrosion and enhancing overall durability. Adding to its versatility, the analyzer can perform precise measurements of high-temperature dew points, expanding its functionality. Installation is simplified through a wall-mounted mode, offering convenience.
This analyzer comes equipped with technical parameters designed for accurate and reliable performance. Operating on a resistance-capacitive principle, it features a 4-bit LED display for clear and straightforward data presentation. The device is versatile, measuring various parameters, including absolute humidity (0 to 40%VOL), relative humidity (0-100%RH), and high-temperature dew point (-20 to +100℃). Users can specify their preferred display mode, choosing between absolute humidity, relative humidity, or high-temperature dew point when placing an order. Notably accurate, with ≤±1.5%FS accuracy and ≤±1% repeatability, the analyzer ensures reliable readings. Its rapid response time, with T90≤15S, ensures prompt data collection. Analog output options, such as 4-20mA.DC and 0-10V.DC, cater to various resistances. The device includes one programmable alarm output with a dry contact type, capable of handling a maximum load of 220VAC/2A.
Communication is facilitated via RS232 by default, with the option to use RS485. The device supports a broad power supply range of AC100 to 240V at 50/60Hz, making it versatile for different settings. Handling sample gas temperatures from 0 to 170℃, the analyzer accommodates sample gas pass-in for ease of installation. The gas circuit port, designed with an NPT 1/4 internal thread, is suitable for use with sample gas that doesn't contain flammable or strongly corrosive gases. With a compact appearance size of 110mm×220mm×250mm (H×W×D), the analyzer is built for durability, boasting a service life exceeding 24 months under normal use conditions.
