The Faster Battery Electrode Roll-to-Roll Transfer Coating System is specifically engineered for the efficient surface coating of foils. Employing a PLC and human-machine control system, it features a user-friendly interface with switchable operation options in both Chinese and English. The system utilizes a three-roll transfer coating method, ensuring the application of a uniformly thin coating on the substrate, which is then automatically dried by the integrated drying system. This coating system supports both continuous and intermittent coating modes, providing versatility in the coating process.
Designed to operate across various voltage configurations, the system functions optimally at a working voltage of 208 - 220V, 50/60 Hz, in a standard three-phase setup. Optional configurations of 380V, 50/60 Hz, Three-Phase, and 460V, 50/60 Hz, Three-Phase are also available upon request. With a maximum power consumption of 30 KW, the system requires a 100A air breaker for efficient performance. The transfer coating method employed enhances coating density and uniformity, making it particularly well-suited for battery electrode applications. Offering a maximum coating width of 400mm and a maximum coating speed of 4 meters per minute, the system achieves remarkable thickness precision with a tolerance of ±3µm, while maintaining edge tolerance at ±5µm.
For the drying process, the system reaches a maximum temperature of 150°C with an accuracy of ±1°C. The heating zone spans a length of 4.5 meters, divided into three zones of 1.5 meters each, allowing for precise temperature control. The reeling/unreeling shaft features an inner diameter of 75mm and can accommodate rolls with a maximum outer diameter of 250mm. The maximum coating length is contingent on the coating and substrate thickness, typically coating 600 meters of electrode length for a 10um thick foil with a 100um coating. The slurry stirring mechanism incorporates an SS316 moving rod for efficient mixing.
To ensure proper operation, the system requires compressed air within the range of 0.5-0.8 MPa, with an air compressor not included. Weighing 1000 kg, the coating system is covered by a one-year limited warranty that includes lifetime support. It's essential to note that warranty coverage does not extend to damage or rust resulting from improper storage conditions or maintenance.
