Offering adaptability, users can select the syringe from a list or directly input the inner diameter, catering to diverse application needs. The user-friendly interface features a large-screen liquid crystal display and a digital knob, enhancing operational ease. Operating primarily in a single push mode, the pump incorporates a robust memory function, automatically saving parameters in the EEPROM. This eliminates the need for manual resetting after a power cycle, ensuring seamless resumption of operation according to preset parameters upon power restoration. The pump's protection mechanism triggers an alarm and halts operation in the presence of an obstruction, enhancing operational safety.
Designed for perfusion mode, the syringe pump provides an extensive flow range with a maximum stroke length of 140mm and exceptional resolution at 0.156µm per step. The adjustable line speed within a range of 5µm/min to 65mm/min, dependent on syringe area, ensures precision. The pump offers a robust linear thrust of over 90Ｎ and precise flow control with a stroke accuracy error of less than ±0.5% when the stroke is greater than or equal to 30% of the maximum stroke. It allows user-friendly syringe selection, including direct entry of the inner diameter, and features a dedicated calibration procedure for accurate flow correction. Operating parameters for liquid volume dispensing, injection time, and more can be customized, enhancing flexibility. The display shows fluid volume, flow rate, or linear velocity, while the power-down memory function allows users to choose whether to continue based on the pre-interruption state.
The syringe pump includes status signal output channels for indicating start/stop and direction status, with two control signal input channels for start/stop control and TTL-level signal initiation. Enhanced connectivity is facilitated through an RS485 communication interface. With dimensions of 280×210×140mm and a weight of 4.5kg, it operates on AC 200V-260V power supply with a 35W power rating.
