Double heating zone tube furnace with magnetic push rod
The dual-temperature zone tube furnace is equipped with a magnetic push rod, which has an exquisite structure and high reliability, and can perform displacement operation on the sample in the tube while keeping the furnace tube vacuum tight.
Product Description
The dual-temperature zone tube furnace represents an advanced instrument designed with precision and reliability for material research and processing applications. It features a magnetic push rod with an intricately designed structure, providing high reliability during displacement operations on samples within the vacuum-sealed furnace tube. The dual-temperature zones offer independent control, allowing users to execute a diverse range of heat treatment processes, making it an ideal tool for material research and processing applications.
Operating on an AC220V, 50Hz supply voltage, the tube furnace has a maximum power consumption of 4KW, enabling a rapid heating rate of up to 20℃/min (recommended ≤10℃/min). The furnace reaches a maximum temperature of ≤1200℃, maintaining a continuous working temperature of ≤1150℃. With dual temperature zones, each spanning 200mm, the furnace tube itself is 1000mm in length, with an outer diameter of 60mm and an inner diameter of 57mm. Precise temperature control is achieved through PID temperature control with an accuracy of ±1℃, utilizing a K-type thermocouple for measurements. The dual temperature zones can be separately controlled, featuring AI-PID 30-segment process curve capability and the ability to store multiple temperature profiles. Safety measures include protection against overheating and thermocouple failure.
Constructed from high purity alumina, the furnace chamber ensures a clean and thermally stable environment. The interface includes a KF16 vacuum port and a 6.35 Ferrule connector for air inlet. The magnetic push rod, with a moveable length of 500mm, enables the manipulation of samples within the temperature zones, facilitated by a magnetic coupling connection that maintains the vacuum integrity of the furnace tube during sample adjustments. The compact dimensions of the tube furnace, measuring 1300mm in length, 420mm in width, and 550mm in height, underscore its versatility for both laboratory and industrial applications, offering a sophisticated and user-friendly solution for advanced heat treatment processes.
