The Diamond Color Changing Furnace is designed to elevate diamonds to higher quality standards through a process conducted under high temperature and high-pressure conditions. This transformative furnace offers two key outcomes: firstly, the conversion of brown diamonds into pristine white diamonds, where the processed raw stone shifts to a nitrogen-poor type II diamond, resulting in a lighter color, and potentially achieving grades such as E, F, G, among others. The furnace finds applications in enhancing cultivated diamonds, altering the color of natural diamonds, and facilitating purification processes.
Equipped with specific technical parameters, the diamond color-changing furnace operates at an impressive temperature of 2000°C, employing a Pulsed DC heating method. Ensuring optimal performance, the furnace maintains a background vacuum of 10-5Pa and utilizes inert gas as its working medium. Precise temperature control is achieved through programmable PID temperature control, guaranteeing accuracy within ±1°C. The furnace's heating system, boasting an 8KW capacity, facilitates a rapid heating rate of 600°C per minute, complemented by a continuous water cooling method to effectively manage temperatures. The temperature measurement is conducted with thermocouple temperature measurement techniques, ensuring a controlled and efficient color-changing process for diamonds.
