The dew point analyzer is a robust instrument offering key functionalities for reliable and accurate measurements. With a resolution of 0.1℃, the analyzer delivers precise measurements, featuring an accuracy of ≤±1℃ in the temperature range of 0 to -60℃ and ≤±2℃ for temperatures below -60℃. Rapid response times of 5 seconds for temperature changes from -40 to -10℃ and 15 seconds for changes from -10 to -40℃ enhance its efficiency. The repeatability of measurements is ≤±1.5℃.

For data output, the analyzer offers analog outputs in the form of 4-20mA DC and 0-5V DC, along with one-way programmable alarm output for alerting. Communication is facilitated through RS232 or RS485 ports. The power supply requirement is AC170 ~ 265V at 50/60Hz, with operational effectiveness in a temperature range from -10 to +50℃. The flexible sampling mode allows for sample gas pass-in at a flow rate of 2 ~ 4L/min, accommodating gas pressure levels from 0.05MPa to 0.35MPa. Compatible with background gases such as H2, He, inactive gases, and hydrocarbons, the analyzer features a compact appearance size of 155mm×155mm×290mm (H×W×D). With a service life exceeding four years under normal use conditions, the NPT 1/8 internal thread gas circuit ports make it adaptable for various installation scenarios, including frame mount installation.
