Product Description
Desktop thermal evaporation coater with water cooled sample table is a small desktop evaporation coater ,which is installed with tungsten basket evaporation source ,it can provide a maximum of 100A coating current, the maximum evaporating temperature up to 1800℃,and can meet the evaporation of a variety of common metal and part of non-metal. The vacuum chamber is made of stainless steel and has been degassed before delivery. It can reach the limit vacuum of 5x10-5Pa with the molecular pump group, which can meet the vacuum environment required by the evaporation of most materials; At the same time, the equipment adopts the design of high tank and water-cooled sample platform, which can reduce the heat radiation of the evaporation source to the sample, ensure the surface of the sample is not over temperature and maintain at room temperature .It can effectively prevent the sample from being damaged by the high temperature of heat evaporation, especially suitable for the coating of various polymer film samples. The Desktop Thermal Evaporation Coater with a Water-Cooled Sample Table, designated as EVP195S-2S-WT (with 'T' indicating a tall tank and 'W' representing a water-cooled sample table), boasts specific technical parameters to deliver high-performance coating. It should be installed under specific conditions, including a working environment with a temperature of 25℃±15℃ and humidity at 55%Rh±10%Rh. The equipment requires an AC220V power supply at 50Hz, with proper grounding and a rated power consumption of 2500W. To ensure efficient operation, the equipment chamber should be filled with argon gas for cleaning, with the customer providing argon gas with purity ≥99.99%. The table dimensions must be 600mm×600mm×700mm, with a minimum bearing capacity of ≥70kg. Adequate ventilation and cooling in the installation area are essential. The coater's technical indicators include two evaporation sources, each equipped with a baffle, and a voltage of 10V for evaporation sources. The evaporation current is continuously adjustable from 0 to 100A. It features two tungsten boats and two tungsten baskets for versatile coating options. The stainless steel water-cooled rotating upper sample platform, with a diameter of 100mm, offers a continuously adjustable rotation speed of 1~20rpm. The distance between the sample platform and the evaporation source is set at 300mm. The sample table is equipped with a φ6mm quick plug connector for water cooling, requiring a circulating water cooler. The vacuum cavity is constructed of stainless steel, with an outside diameter of 195mm, an inside diameter of 185mm, and a height of 350mm. It includes a quartz observation window with a baffle, sized at φ60mm. The air pumping interface of the vacuum chamber is KF40, and the air intake interface is a 1/4 inch double ferrule joint, with a default stainless steel fine-tuning valve for air intake adjustment. The equipment is operated through a 7-inch color touch screen, offering adjustable sputtering current and safety parameters, including automatic cutoff for overcurrent and excessively low vacuum conditions. The ultimate vacuum achievable is 1Pa when matched with a double-stage rotary vane pump. Vacuum measurement is facilitated by a Parana vacuum gauge with a range of 1~105Pa. To optimize the vacuum performance of the cavity, it is advisable to use it with a molecular pump group. Additionally, it is recommended to purchase a CW3000 water cooler or a superior circulation water cooler. Optional accessories include a Film Thickness Monitor with high-resolution capabilities, accuracy, and adaptable measuring speed and range. Other available accessories comprise tungsten boats, tungsten baskets, organic evaporation sources (including quartz boat and tungsten wire heating source), options for the number of evaporation sources (1~2 groups), high-performance molecular pump sets, small molecular pump sets, bipolar rotary vane vacuum pumps, a CW3000 circulating water cooler (air-cooled with a flow rate of 10L per minute), KF40 Vacuum bellows with adjustable length, and a film thickness meter crystal oscillator, catering to diverse coating requirements.
