Desktop thermal evaporation coater with stainless steel cavity
Desktop thermal evaporation coater with stainless steel cavity is a small desktop thermal evaporation coater especially designed for high vacuum , it can meet the evaporation of a variety of common metal of non-metal
Product Description
The EVP170S-1S-A Desktop Thermal Evaporation Coater, featuring a stainless steel cavity, is meticulously designed for high vacuum applications. With a maximum coating current of 100A and an impressive maximum evaporating temperature of 1800℃, it accommodates the evaporation of various common metals and certain non-metals. The stainless steel vacuum chamber, pre-degassed before delivery, achieves a limit vacuum of 5x10-5Pa with the molecular pump group, meeting the stringent vacuum requirements for material evaporation. The chamber, opened by lifting the cover for easy access, incorporates an adaptive observation window with a baffle, ensuring a clear view of the coating process while preventing contamination.
Operating under specific conditions, including a temperature of 25℃±15℃ and humidity at 55%Rh±10%Rh, the coater requires an AC220V power supply at 50Hz, with proper grounding and a rated power consumption of 1200W. Argon gas with purity ≥99.99% is essential for chamber cleaning. The equipment's technical specifications include an evaporation source voltage of 10V, a continuously adjustable evaporation current ranging from 0 to 100A, and the inclusion of a tungsten boat and tungsten basket. The stainless steel sample table, with a diameter of 60mm, allows for an adjustable distance between the sample platform and the evaporation source from 60 to 100mm.
The stainless steel vacuum cavity, measuring 170mm in outside diameter, 160mm in inside diameter, and 210mm in height, incorporates a quartz observation window with a baffle (φ60mm). Operation is facilitated through a 7-inch color touch screen, offering adjustable sputtering current and safety parameters, including automatic cutoff for overcurrent and excessively low vacuum conditions. The coater achieves an ultimate vacuum of 1Pa when paired with a double-stage rotary vane pump, and vacuum measurement is ensured by a Parana vacuum gauge with a range of 1~105Pa. For enhanced vacuum performance, the use of a molecular pump group is recommended. Optional accessories, such as a Film Thickness Monitor, tungsten boats, baskets, organic evaporation sources, high-performance molecular pump sets, and various other components, cater to a wide range of coating requirements, providing versatility and precision in the coating process.
