This model machine is also equipped with a rotatable sample stage, which can effectively improve the uniformity of the coating. This small plasma sputtering instrument uses a PLC control system, all touch screen operation, easy to learn and use. The equipment is small in size and beautiful in appearance, making it the best choice for laboratory coating experiments. The Desktop plasma sputtering coater with rotary sample stage, known as PSP180G-1TA-RS, exhibits a range of technical parameters designed for efficient and precise coating applications. With a sample stage size of 100mm and an adjustable rotating speed ranging from 1 to 20rpm, it provides versatility in sample preparation. The plasma sputtering source includes one 2-inch sputtering head and employs natural cooling for temperature control. The vacuum chamber is constructed from high-purity quartz with dimensions of φ180mm x 210mm, offering omnidirectional visibility through an observation window. Its top cover is removable for easy access, and both upper and lower covers are made of 304 stainless steel. The pumping and intake ports are equipped with KF16 and 1/4 inch ferrule connector interfaces, respectively. Power configuration involves a single DC power supply, capable of delivering a maximum output power of 150W with a sputtering power of 1200V and a maximum sputtering current of 50mA. The vacuum system utilizes a dual-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with KF16 connections for both pumping and exhaust interfaces. It achieves a pumping rate of 1.1L/s (4m3/h) and maintains an ultimate vacuum level of ≥0.1Pa. The coater operates on AC 220V, 50Hz power supply and consumes a total power of 1.5kW. Its compact design measures 500mm x 320mm x 470mm, and the unit weighs 30kg, making it a versatile and efficient tool for various coating processes.
