At the core of its functionality is precise software control over critical parameters, including mandrel rotating speed, duration, syringe pump flow rate, and X and Y stage speed. This unit boasts a variety of rotating mandrel targets, a Y-stage target, and a stationary plate target, providing adaptability for various applications. The system is complemented by a stand-alone fume hood, offering an enclosed environment for both electrospinning and electrospraying processes. Equipped with essential features such as an exhaust fan for ventilation, halogen lighting for process monitoring, transparent side walls for visual observation, and a built-in arc protection circuit, the unit prioritizes safety and efficiency.

Digital voltmeter and current meter readings, electrostatic removal via a discharge stick, and support for constant current and constant voltage modes with built-in arc protection ensure operational safety. The dual-channel syringe pump allows independent speed control, accommodating standard 2.5 to 50 mL glass syringes. Programmable X motion profiles facilitate precise film coating, while collectors, including mandrel collectors, plate collectors, and Y-stage collectors, are microprocessor-controlled for adjustable speeds and stability. The unit includes a halogen lamp heater with digital temperature control for environmental heating up to 40 ºC, and the fume hood stands as a standalone unit with a built-in power supply, transparent glass windows, and safety features. Centralized software control allows for managing various electrospinning parameters, with a new laptop computer or Microsoft Surface Pro included. The addition of a humidity monitor enhances the unit's functionality, allowing monitoring of humidity levels from 2% to 95%. The CE certification attests to its compliance with essential safety and performance standards, and its compact dimensions (1000 mm length, 880 mm width, and 1370 mm height) make it well-suited for laboratory settings.
