The Desktop Dual-Source Thermal Evaporation Coater, model EVP170S-2S-A, is a compact and efficient solution equipped with two independent evaporation sources that can be operated alternately or simultaneously. Each source can deliver a maximum coating current of 100A, reaching an impressive evaporating temperature of up to 1800℃. This versatility allows for the evaporation of various common metals and select non-metals, making it a valuable tool for applications such as electrode preparation and organic light-emitting LED production.

Constructed with a stainless steel vacuum chamber, the coater achieves a limit vacuum of 5x10-5Pa through a molecular pump group, meeting the stringent vacuum requirements for material evaporation. The symmetrical placement of the two evaporation sources ensures a clean coating process, with each source having a separate baffle. Operational conditions mandate installation in a controlled environment with a temperature of 25℃±15℃ and humidity at 55%Rh±10%Rh.
 

The technical specifications of the coater include an AC220V power supply at 50Hz, requiring proper grounding and consuming 2500W. Argon gas with purity ≥99.99% is essential for chamber cleaning, and adequate ventilation is crucial. The equipment features two tungsten boats and baskets, a rotating upper sample table, and an adjustable distance of 60 to 100mm between the sample platform and the evaporation source. A 7-inch color touch screen facilitates easy operation, providing control over sputtering current and safety parameters, including automatic cutoff for overcurrent and excessively low vacuum conditions.
 

The coater's versatility extends to optional accessories, including a Film Thickness Monitor with high-resolution capabilities, tungsten boats, baskets, organic evaporation sources, options for the number of evaporation sources, high-performance molecular pump sets, vacuum pumps, and various components for customized coating requirements.
