Compact UV-Ozone Cleaner proven to be highly effective for non-acidic, dry, non-destructive atomic cleaning and removal of organic contaminants using intense 185 nm and 254 nm UV light. Under air and room temperature, the 185 line produces Ozone and while the 254 line excites organic molecules on the surface. This combination drives the rapid destruction and decimation of organic contaminants. The Compact UV-Ozone Cleaner offers a comprehensive set of specifications designed to meet various cleaning and surface treatment needs. It operates on either AC 110V or AC 208~240V, providing flexibility in power supply options. The UV lamp is a solid metal double-wave mercury lamp with a maximum power of 55W and emits UV light at wavelengths of 254 nm and 185 nm. The lamp boasts a service life of 2500 hours, ensuring long-term usability, and it covers an area of 100×100 mm (4"×4") with peak UV intensities of 4.6 milliwatts/cm2. The cleaner's chamber and sample stage are thoughtfully designed, with overall dimensions of 9 1⁄2” × 7 7/8” × 6”. The drawer measures 133mm×133mm×25mm, with a distance of 27mm from the drawer to the lamp and 8mm from the pedestal to the lamp. The pedestal is made of borosilicate glass and measures 4”×4”×3⁄4”, while the chassis and cover are constructed from 18-gauge steel with a powder-coated finish, ensuring durability. The total weight of the cleaner is 9 lbs, making it compact and easy to handle. In terms of compliance, the Compact UV-Ozone Cleaner is CE certified, meeting international quality and safety standards. It comes with a one-year limited warranty and lifetime support, with the exception of the Pyrex glass chamber. Environmental requirements include indoor use only, altitude use up to 5,562 feet, a temperature range of 41-104 degrees Fahrenheit, a maximum relative humidity of 80% (decreasing linearly to 50% relative humidity at 104 degrees Fahrenheit), and tolerance for main power supply fluctuations not exceeding 10% of the nominal voltage. It falls under overvoltage category II and pollution degree 2, with ozone levels (ambient) measured at <45 ppb.
