Equipped with a precision modulating membrane device, the coater moves the push rod at a constant speed, guaranteeing uniformity in slurry coating on the substrate. Tailored for diverse applications, including the production of battery pole pieces, high-temperature polymer film, and conductive ceramic film, the coater operates flexibly with a compatible working voltage of 110VAC or 208-240VAC at 50/60Hz, consuming a maximum power of 2000W.
This versatile coater accommodates varying coating requirements with adjustable traverse speeds ranging from 5 to 100mm/sec, precise stroke length adjustments from 10 to 550mm, and a maximum coating dimension of 250mm in width and 550mm in length. The heated vacuum bed, constructed from aluminum alloy with micro-sized holes, ensures uniform heating, reaching a maximum temperature of 100ºC.
The coater's features include a 250mm width Micrometer Adjustable Film Applicator for thickness adjustments from 0.01mm to 5mm, facilitated by a traverse pusher for constant speed coating. With a digital temperature controller maintaining +/- 1ºC accuracy, the coater attains a remarkable level of temperature control.
