Battery vacuum glove box with automatic humidity purification
The VGB-4H is a vacuumable glove box featuring a moisture purification system, creating a controlled gas environment with humidity levels below 2 ppm. This glove box serves as an ideal workstation for Li-ion battery fabrication processes, including electrolyte injection, settlement, and final battery casing sealing. Additionally, it accommodates material and chemical researchers working with air-sensitive materials and solutions, providing a secure and controlled workspace.
Product Description
The battery vacuum glove box offers the following technical specifications: It operates at a working voltage of 220V 50/60Hz (with a 110V AC option available at an extra cost). The glove box chamber is constructed from 11-gauge (3mm thickness) 304 stainless steel, providing a robust structure for vacuum processes. Its dimensions are 1120mm(L) x 740mm(W) x 900mm(H). The maximum positive pressure within the chamber is 810 Torr (1.1 atm), while the maximum vacuum level achievable is 0.5 Torr (using a mechanical pump). The glove box includes an air-lock chamber with air lift (dimensions: 360mm(ID) x 435mm(L)) with a maximum vacuum level of 0.05 Torr. It features a transparent front panel (1040mm(L) x 405mm(W)) that is removable for device placement. The glove port size is 190mm(Dia.), and it comes with 8'' Butadyl® Gloves known for their durability and resistance to various substances. Clamps and sealing flanges are also included. The glove box is equipped with vacuum gauge and valves, with one vacuum gauge on the airlock chamber, and various ports (KF-25, KF-40, barbed needle valves) throughout the chamber. The purification system ensures automatic moisture removal to <2 ppm, with a Dew Point < -71.7°C. A Precision Humidity Analyzer (0-999 ppm) with a KF25 Flange is installed, offering accuracy of +/-0.1 ppm. A large capacity moisture filtration system is built into the bottom of the mobile cart, capable of absorbing H2 up to 1.5kg. Regeneration and automatic pressure control systems are integrated. A 6"" color PLC touch panel allows easy humidity and pressure level control and monitoring. The system operates on various gases, including atmospheric gases, N2, and Argon, with N2 used for regeneration. The glove box chamber has a leakage rate of < 3 Torr/hour, and it includes a power extension socket (Max power 1500W). The system is covered by a one-year limited warranty with lifetime support.
