The Automatic Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Coater, denoted as the USP30-A, integrates cutting-edge features to provide precise and versatile coating capabilities for a variety of applications. This advanced system incorporates a 40KHz 130W ultrasonic sprayer, a PID temperature-controlled substrate heater plate, a high precision peristaltic pump, and a precision programmable stepping motor moving mechanism. The amalgamation of these components enables accurate control over critical parameters, including solution quantity, spray particle speed and size, and substrate temperature, catering to diverse experimental requirements.
 

Operated through an intuitive touch screen interface, the USP30-A offers user-friendly control and precision. Specifically designed for samples measuring 2.54mm x 2.54mm, the coater produces deposited films on 10cm x 10cm FTO transparent electrodes. Powered by an AC supply voltage of 110V at 60Hz, with a maximum power consumption of 3.5KW, the coater ensures efficient functionality. The system incorporates a 50KHz, 30W ultrasonic atomizer, capable of handling liquid viscosities ranging from 1 to 50mPa·s (cP). With a versatile nozzle stroke covering the X-Y axis up to a maximum of 180mm, the coater allows precise control over the deposition process. Movement velocity on both the X and Y axes is adjustable within the range of 0 to 100mm/s.

 

Facilitating uniform and controlled coating, the coater features a 200mm x 200mm substrate with a maximum operating temperature of 500℃, regulated through AI-PID temperature control. Safety is prioritized with the inclusion of an exhaust device for the discharge of decomposed gases. The coater utilizes a high-flow injection pump for efficient coating material delivery and ensures compatibility with Windows-based systems through default communication ports RS485 or RS232, promoting seamless integration with a variety of setups and applications.
