The DWC300-A automatic diamond wire cutting machine is specifically designed for cutting large-size samples and excels in precision cutting of artificial crystal materials such as silicon, white sapphire, and sapphire. It is equally adept at square cutting of silicon and sapphire crystals. When employed for slicing precious gemstones and biological plasticized specimens, the DWC300-A produces small slits and excellent cut pieces, significantly improving material utilization. Operating as a continuous cutting diamond wire machine, it maintains high accuracy, within the range of ±10μm, without manual adjustments after the cutting program is set. The single-wire reciprocating movement mode, with a long usable wire length (≤270m), enhances cutting efficiency, ensuring prolonged wire service life.
Featuring a pneumatic tensioning system with adjustable air pressure based on wire diameter, the DWC300-A protects the cutting wire from breakage due to excessive tension, particularly with smaller wire diameters. This machine is particularly well-suited for cutting large samples, especially those exceeding 12 inches.
