The A1600-8IC-2FW furnace, featuring a 7" LCD touch panel controller, possesses a range of technical specifications. Its chamber dimensions measure 200200200mm, providing a compact yet versatile space for various applications. The furnace can achieve a maximum temperature of 1650℃, with a rated temperature of 1500℃. It offers a heating rate ranging from 0 to 20℃, with a suggested rate of 10℃/min for optimal performance. Temperature control is highly advanced, with 30 programmable settings and PID automatic control to ensure precise and consistent results. The furnace maintains temperature uniformity within a range of ±5℃. The heating element used is MoSi2, a reliable and efficient choice. Temperature monitoring is carried out using a B-type thermocouple. The furnace shell is constructed with a double furnace shell structure and is equipped with a cooling fan to efficiently dissipate heat. It possesses a robust water cooling system with a cooling capacity of 50w/℃ and a tank capacity of 9 liters. The cooling water circulates at a speed of 15 liters per minute, ensuring effective temperature control and stability. This furnace is compatible with various inert gases, such as nitrogen, argon, and others.
