5T Lab Press for Pellet Pressing Under Magnetic Field

It is a 5T max, lab pellet press made of SS316L designed for pressing samples under the magnetic field. The electric magnetic head can be inserted inside the frame of pressing machine and the brass rod will push the die made of SS316L, which will keep the electric magnetic field at maximum strength.

The technical parameters for this hydraulic press are as follows: It has a maximum pressure capacity of 5 Metric Tons, and the pressure gauge is integrated with a manual hydraulic pump. The conversion from the displayed pressure value to actual applied force is approximately 1 MPa equal to 0.09 Ton. The actual force applied to the vessel cylinder is equivalent to the force applied to the working piece. To calculate the actual pressure (in Mpa) applied to the working piece, the following equation should be used: P = T x g x 10 / (πr^2), where P represents the pressure applied to the working piece, T is the force in metric tons applied to the pressure vessel cylinder, g denotes the standard gravity (approximately 9.8 m/s^2), π is approximately 3.14, and r stands for the radius in centimeters of the pressure vessel (1.5 cm). Note that 1000 Kg is equal to 1 Metric Ton, and 1 Mpa is equivalent to 10 Kg/cm². The hydraulic pump and cylinder have a maximum capacity of 5T. For safety reasons, the pump is separated from the cylinder. The cylinder has a diameter of φ30 mm, and the operation temperature range is 10 to 40℃. The bottom cylinder can travel within a distance of 0-8 mm, and the maximum working space is 30mm in diameter and 120mm in height. The overall dimensions include an outer dimension of 450mm in length, 230mm in width, and 560mm in height, while the inner dimension is 381mm in length, 164mm in width, and 400mm in height. Customized width and height options for the press frame are available upon request. This hydraulic press comes with one set of SS316L 1/2" (12.7mm) ID drying pressing die, and customized dies can be requested. It is essential to avoid using hardening tool steel dies under a magnetic field. Two pushing rods, one at the top and one at the bottom, are made of brass and have a diameter of 30 mm. Additionally, electromagnetic operation is available as an optional feature, and the maximum inner dimension for the electromagnetic machine is 390mm in height, 340mm in depth, and 600mm in width. does not provide the electric magnet but can assist in selecting or purchasing one. A 10T press with a top pushing cylinder can also be requested at an additional cost. The net weight of the hydraulic press is 75 kg.
