The 40kHz plasma cleaner is equipped with several key technical parameters. Its cleaning warehouse features a robust stainless steel construction, measuring 112mm in diameter and 270mm in length. The high-frequency power supply is a self-independently developed 40k high-frequency power source known for its reliable structure and strong performance, allowing for extended operation, straightforward flexibility, and high power efficiency while minimizing heat generation. The RF power of this cleaner is continuously adjustable in the range of 0 to 300W, operating at a signal frequency of 40kHz with exceptional power stability at ±0.1%. Cooling is efficiently managed through forced air cooling. Gas measurement employs a float flow-meter with two channels; Channel A accommodates a range of 10 to 100ml, while Channel B spans 16 to 160ml. Vacuum measurement relies on a resistance vacuum gauge, and vacuum extraction is powered by a bipolar vane pump with a pumping rate of 1.1L/s at 50Hz and 1.3L/s at 60Hz. The vacuum range extends from 1Pa to 10,000Pa, with an ultimate vacuum of 1Pa. The motor noise is kept at a low level, not exceeding 56dB. Pipe joints utilize KF16 connectors for air inlet and outlet, with KF16 vacuum bellows for connection pipes. The motor has a power rating of 400W. The cleaner is designed to operate with an AC220V power supply at 50/60Hz, consuming a total of 800W. It can operate in a temperature range from -10℃ to 40℃ and maintain an operating vacuum of ≤40Pa.
