Product Description
The 25KW (30-80kHz) Induction Heating System with Timer Control is a versatile and powerful technical solution. It operates at a working voltage of 220V AC, 50/60Hz, with the option for three phases at 380VAC available upon request. The working current is adjustable within the range of 10~86 Amps, requiring a 100A breaker for safe operation. This system boasts a maximum input power of 25 KW, with an output frequency variable between 30 - 80 kHz and a duty cycle of 100%. The induction coil, measuring 150mm(OD) x 140mm(ID) x 65mm(H), is efficiently air-cooled via a rear fan and comes equipped with multiple protection mechanisms, including automatic water pressure, over-temperature, and overpower protection. The refractory assembly is complete and made of alumina, incorporating components such as bottom crucible support, crucible holder, and cover. The system offers timer control, with options for automatic or manual operation, including manual control via a foot pedal. The timer control includes settings for automatic heating time, dwell time, and cooling time, each adjustable within the range of 1-99 seconds. For precise temperature control, an optional feature includes a precision digital temperature controller with automatic PID tuning. This controller allows for 30 programmable segments for controlling heating and cooling rates, as well as dwell time. It provides overheating and thermocouple failure protection, ensuring a temperature accuracy of +/- 3℃. The thermocouple type is C type (1/4"x10"L), suitable for a continuous working temperature range of 1000℃ to 1900℃, with a maximum working temperature of 2000℃ for less than an hour. The heating rate varies, with 4℃/second (1000℃-1200℃), 3℃/second (1200℃ to 1500℃), and 1℃2℃/second (1500℃ to 2000℃) options. Efficient cooling is ensured through water cooling with a flow rate of >10 L/Min and a minimum pressure of ≥0.2 MPa (29 Psi). While tap water is acceptable, the use of a Recirculating Water Chiller is highly recommended for optimal performance and additional protection, featuring safeguards against overpressure and over-temperature. Optional features also include a Water Chiller with a temperature range of 5 - 30℃ and a water flow rate of > 58 L/m, with the recommendation to use a specific coolant for optimal performance. The system comes with a one-year limited warranty accompanied by lifetime support. Consumable parts such as processing tubes, thermocouples, refractory liners, o-rings, and heating coils are not covered by the warranty.
