Product Description
The A1600-36L furnace, equipped with a 7" LCD touch panel controller, boasts the following specifications. Its chamber dimensions are 300300400mm, allowing for ample space for various applications. The furnace offers a maximum temperature of 1650℃ with a rated temperature of Rm~1600℃. It features a versatile heating rate ranging from 0 to 20℃, with a suggested rate of 10℃/min for optimal performance. The temperature control system is highly advanced, with 30 programmable settings and PID automatic control. It maintains temperature uniformity within a range of ±5℃. The heating element employed is MoSi2, known for its efficiency and reliability. Temperature monitoring is carried out using a B-type thermocouple. The furnace shell structure is designed with a double furnace shell and is equipped with a cooling fan, ensuring efficient heat dissipation. It has a robust water cooling system with a cooling capacity of 50w/℃ and a tank capacity of 9 liters. The cooling water circulates at a speed of 15 liters per minute to effectively maintain lower temperatures. This furnace is compatible with various inert gases, such as nitrogen and argon, for controlled atmospheres. However, it is important to note that the insertion of reduction gases is prohibited. The power supply requirements for the A1600-36L furnace are AC380V at a frequency of 50/60Hz, ensuring stable and consistent operation.
