1600℃ Top Seeded Solution Growth (TSSG) Furnace
1600X-TSSG is a top seed solution growth (TSSG) furnace for growing various single crystals via flux solution. The box furnace uses alumina fiber as the furnace chamber material and MoSi2 as the heating element. Its chamber size is φ330mm × 250mm (H), and the maximum temperature can reach 1700 ℃. 30-segment programmable precision temperature controller, which can set heating and cooling temperature program according to different customer needs, the temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃, equipped with a precision pulling and rotation mechanism can be used to grow various crystal materials via top seed crystal flux solution, pulling speed and rotation speed can be customized according to customer needs.
Product Description
The Bridgman Crystal Growth Furnace is characterized by its sturdy construction, featuring an interior composed of alumina polycrystalline fiber that enhances thermal insulation. Its double-layer shell design effectively maintains the outer surface temperature below 60℃, preventing heat dispersion. The furnace's heating element utilizes high-quality silicon-molybdenum rods, ensuring precise temperature control.
With a generous internal heating zone measuring Φ330mm in diameter and 250mm in height (21 liters volume), the furnace provides ample space for crystal growth. The effective heating area is Φ200mm in diameter and 250mm in height (8 liters). Operating with a maximum temperature of 1700 ℃ for short periods and a continuous working temperature of 1600 ℃, the furnace employs an intelligent 30-segment programmable controller for intricate heating and cooling programs, maintaining a constant temperature with an accuracy of ±1℃.
The furnace supports a heating rate ranging from 0 to 10 ℃ per minute, with a recommended rate of ≤5 ℃ per minute. Powered by AC 220V at 50/60Hz with a 9.5 KW rating, its compact dimensions (610mm x 635mm x 825mm) make it suitable for diverse laboratory setups. Equipped with a crystal seed rod mechanism that supports water cooling, the rod has a diameter of 28mm, allowing customizable pulling speeds from 0.03 to 12mm per hour. The pulling rod's maximum travel distance is 400mm, enabling rapid manual lifting.
An optional rotation feature is available, allowing for customization of the rotation mechanism and speed (0.03 to 50 revolutions per minute) upon request. The Bridgman furnace provides versatile and precise control for crystal growth applications in laboratory environments.
