The 1400-degree tube furnace, known as model T1400-60I-T, boasts a sturdy structure and versatile composition suitable for a wide array of industrial applications. Its default heating zone is designed for a maximum temperature of 1400℃, with the option for customizing multi-heating zones based on customer requirements. Precision temperature control is achieved through a PID temperature control meter, allowing for the editing of a 30-segment temperature rise and fall program. Additional safety features include protection functions against overheating and open circuit of thermocouples. The closed design of the furnace, with side-inserted furnace tubes, ensures safe and stable usage, minimizing the risk of operator burns.

 

Equipped with digital vacuum gauges and mechanical pressure gauges on both sides of the furnace tube, the system enables control over the atmosphere within the tube. The operation of the tube furnace is facilitated by an HD true color touch screen, providing user-friendly control. Even non-professionals can quickly master the instrument's operation after simple training, significantly enhancing experiment efficiency. This versatile furnace serves a broad range of applications in industries such as metallurgy, glass, heat treatment, lithium battery materials, new energy, abrasives, and atmospheric heat treatment. It is also adaptable for use in creating a Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) system for conducting coating test productions.

 

Technical parameters of the T1400-60I-T model highlight its robust construction and capabilities. The furnace tube, made of high-purity alumina, has a diameter of 60mm and a length of 1000mm. The heating zone spans 200mm, allowing the furnace to operate within a temperature range of 0 to 1400°C. Utilizing a SiC rod as the heating element and an S-type thermocouple for temperature measurement, the furnace ensures accuracy within +/-1°C. Powered by a 4KW source, it offers versatile temperature control through a 30 or 50 segment program temperature control system with an LCD touch screen interface. The sealing method incorporates a 304 stainless steel water-cooled vacuum flange, maintaining the required vacuum environment. A water chiller with a flow rate of 10 liters per minute is included, and the flange interface is a 1/4" cutting sleeve joint with an Ø8 pagoda joint. Operating at a vacuum level of 4.4E-3Pa, integrated with a Pirani Regulation Pressure Gauge, the furnace is powered by an AC supply at 220V and 50/60Hz.
