1200X-I-HPV is a high-pressure verticle split tube furnace with two heating zones. The processing tube is made of 70 mm OD. Ni-based superalloy with 1100oC max working temperature, which is designed for growing crystal via the high-pressure hydrothermal method.

The high-temperature, high-pressure vertical tube furnace is meticulously engineered to meet the demands of challenging applications, offering versatility through various tube materials such as SS310S Stainless Steel alloy, Ni-based super-alloy GH747, and Copper gaskets for effective sealing. Its working pressure is contingent on the working temperature, with a maximum of 577 PSI at temperatures up to 500°C and 363 PSI at temperatures up to 800°C. The Ni-based super-alloy version exhibits a higher maximum pressure of 725 PSI at temperatures up to 800°C. Featuring pressure measurement capabilities in the range of 0 to 15 Mpa, the furnace provides comprehensive control over operating conditions.
In the SS310S version, the furnace achieves a maximum heating temperature of 900°C, while the Ni-based super-alloy variant can briefly reach 1100°C and sustain 1000°C continuously. The heating rate for the SS310S version is 30°C/min, and for the Ni-based super-alloy version, it is 20°C/min. Utilizing Fe-Cr-Al Alloy doped by Mo as the heating element, the furnace incorporates a single heating zone with a customizable constant temperature zone of 150mm (±1°C) to suit specific requirements. Temperature regulation employs a PID control method with over-temperature protection and stability maintained within ±1°C. The inclusion of Omega 3mm OD K-Type thermocouples with high-temperature tolerance and a connector enhances temperature measurement accuracy.
The positive pressure sensor integrated into the high-pressure flange ensures precise pressure monitoring. Offering PC control and a comprehensive pressure alarm system with upper and lower limit control methods, including alarm strobes and warning whistles, the furnace operates on an AC 220V 50/60Hz power supply. It has a power rating of 2.5KW, requiring a 20A breaker. The furnace is supported by a one-year limited manufacturer warranty with lifetime assistance, excluding consumable parts like processing tubes, o-rings, and heating elements. This makes it a reliable and well-supported solution for high-temperature, high-pressure applications in various industries.
