Product Description
The 1200℃ rapid annealing furnace integrates heating and annealing functionalities within a sliding tube furnace design. This innovative system incorporates a high-precision three-way mass flow meter at the intake end to precisely control the atmosphere within the tube. Enhanced by a turbo molecular pump, the furnace rapidly achieves a high vacuum environment, minimizing interference from external air atmospheres during experiments.
Comprising a 1200℃ standard single heating zone tube furnace and a high-precision slide rail, the sliding furnace employs resistance wire heating and a polycrystalline fiber furnace chamber for exceptional temperature rise and insulation performance. The slide rails are meticulously engineered for a smooth operation, complemented by a user-friendly full-color LCD touch screen interface that simplifies experimental procedures, optimizing efficiency and saving valuable testing time.
Operating on AC220V at 50Hz, with a maximum power output of 4KW, this precision-engineered 1200℃ rapid annealing furnace boasts a 440mm heating zone, facilitating precise temperature control. The furnace's design ensures efficient performance at temperatures up to 1200°C, maintaining an impressive temperature accuracy of ±1°C. Employing an advanced AI-PID system with a 30-stage process curve, the furnace allows for the storage of multiple profiles, enhancing its versatility across various applications.
Critical to maintaining controlled conditions, the furnace tube is constructed from high purity quartz, featuring an internal diameter of φ80mm and a length of 1000mm. The stainless steel vacuum flange ensures a secure sealing mode, while a mechanical pressure gauge accurately measures vacuum levels. Compatible with non-corrosive gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, and oxygen, the gas flow system incorporates a three-way mass flowmeter with stainless steel needle valves for precise control. The system supports three gas channels (hydrogen, argon, and methane) with a pressure range of 0.05~0.3MPa. Flow control is maintained within ±1.5%, and the system includes a 750mL mixing tank, constructed from 304 stainless steel components, and 6.35mm bite-type joint pipe interfaces. The robust AC220V, 50Hz power supply ensures reliable and efficient performance for rapid annealing processes at 1200°C.
