1200℃ High vacuum nickle base alloy tube furnace
The high vacuum nickel base alloy tube furnace is designed to operate at a working temperature of 1150℃. It features three heating zones, each with a length of 300-400mm, and a minimum uniform temperature zone length of 500mm. The vacuum-tight working tube is constructed from Inconel 600 or an equivalent nickel base alloy suitable for the specified temperature range, with water cooling jackets provided at both ends of the working tube.
Product Description
The featured furnace, designed with precision and reliability, boasts a working tube with a minimum inside diameter of 100mm and a wall thickness of at least 5mm. Ensuring temperature uniformity within the designated zone, the furnace maintains a remarkable ±5℃ consistency. Temperature control is orchestrated through a sophisticated system employing three thyristors and three dedicated programmable PID controllers. Each heating zone is under the vigilant control of an independent controller, supporting a minimum of 8 segments and accommodating various thermocouple types. To enhance safety, an integrated controller safeguards against temperature overshooting in the event of a control failure.
Critical to the temperature measurement and control process are the three K type thermocouples allocated for controlling and measuring temperatures in the heating zones, complemented by an additional K type thermocouple serving the safety controller. Housed within SS-304 sleeves, these thermocouples are strategically placed at the center of each heating zone, ensuring robust contact with the working tube while withstanding the rigors of furnace operation. The furnace's structural integrity is upheld by MS channels for the body and structure, featuring a powder-coated MS outer body in hammer gray for the hot part and an MS control panel with a powder-coated finish in green or blue for the cold part. Notably, heavy ceramic bricks are intentionally excluded from the insulation materials, with the furnace relying on fiber ceramic board and blanket.
The vacuum system is a standout feature, integrating a two-stage rotary vane pump with a 5L/s pumping rate and an ultimate vacuum of 1x10-3 mbar. Complementing this, an oil diffusion pump with a 600L/s pumping rate and an ultimate vacuum of 1x10-6 mbar contributes to the exceptional vacuum performance. A dedicated vacuum gauge within the working tube monitors vacuum levels during heating operations, exhibiting a measuring range down to an impressive 1x10-9 mbar. In terms of the electrical system, the heating system operates at 380V, 3 phases, 50Hz, with an approximate power rating of 45KVA, while the vacuum system functions at 220V, single phase, 50Hz, further emphasizing the furnace's versatility and robust capabilities.
