The slideway furnace is an integrated system that combines a 1200℃ standard single heating zone tube furnace with a high-precision slide rail, designed for optimal performance and user convenience. The tube furnace employs resistance wire heating and features a polycrystalline fiber furnace chamber, delivering exceptional temperature rise and insulation capabilities. The slide rails are meticulously matched for smooth operation and ease of use. Enhancing user interaction, the system incorporates a full-color LCD touch screen interface, providing simplicity and intuitiveness in operation. This not only streamlines experimental processes but also contributes to significant time savings in testing procedures.
The OTF-1200X-80-IIII-4CV-SL CVD furnace, integrated into the system, is equipped with an LED display and offers a maximum temperature of 1200℃, maintaining a continuous working temperature at or below 1100℃. The furnace features a heating rate ranging from 0 to 20℃/min and encompasses three distinct temperature zones for precise control, achieving temperature accuracy within ±1℃. A sapphire tube with a diameter of 80mm and a length of 2000mm forms the core structure of the furnace. Temperature control is seamlessly managed through PID automatic control via SCR power control, allowing the programming of up to 30 heating curves. The furnace operates on a 220V, 50Hz, single-phase power supply.
The furnace structure incorporates high-purity Al2O3 insulation, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity. To ensure efficient ventilation, cooling fans are strategically positioned at the bottom of the furnace. Stainless steel sliding flange assemblies provide durability and ease of use. The heating element utilizes resistance wire, and temperature measurement is facilitated by two K-type thermal couples. Operating within a wide voltage range of AC110-480V, 50/60Hz, the furnace maintains precise temperature control through PID automatic control via SCR power control.
The chamber, constructed from alumina fiber, features stainless steel flange connections with water cooling capabilities. A 2000mm long sliding rail, equipped with one end flange, facilitates seamless sample loading and unloading. The furnace is equipped with mass flow meters that operate within a temperature range of 5 to 45ºC, with a maximum pressure of 3x106 Pa. The accuracy of these flow meters is ±1.5% FS, with a linearity of ±(0.5-1.5)% F.S. and a duplicate accuracy of ±0.2% F.S. Four controllers with varying controlling ranges (Controller 1: 0 to 100 SCCM, Controller 2: 1 to 200 SCCM, Controller 3: 1 to 500 SCCM, Controller 4: 1 to 500 SCCM) enhance the precision and versatility of the system for diverse experimental requirements.
