 Product Description

The IM700-60KW medium frequency vacuum induction melting furnace, designed for the efficient melting of metal samples, stands out as a versatile tool in laboratory research, particularly in colleges and universities. With its induction heating capabilities, this furnace achieves a melting temperature of 1600℃, facilitated by a stainless steel water-cooled chamber with a quartz observation window for seamless monitoring of the sample melting process. Ideal for metal sample melting, heat treatment, and phase diagram research, this furnace is equipped with a medium-frequency induction power supply, supporting custom 60KW high-frequency induction power supplies.

The comprehensive features of this equipment extend to its high vacuum molecular pump set, enhancing the vacuum level of the base and thereby improving melting quality. A lifting platform and turning handle add to the convenience, allowing operators to perform casting and sampling operations post-melting. The furnace is renowned for its multifunctionality, ensuring rapid melting, user-friendly operation, and energy-efficient, environmentally friendly performance. Widely utilized in academic and research settings, it is instrumental in melting and preparing various metal materials, including stainless steel, nickel base alloy, copper, alloy steel, nickel cobalt alloy, and rare earth neodymium iron, under vacuum or protective atmospheres. Additionally, it serves applications in vacuum refining and precision casting of alloy steel.

Technical parameters of the IM700-60KW furnace include a robust 60KW power supply with a variable frequency from 5 to 30kHz. The vacuum chamber, constructed from durable #304 stainless steel, features a Φ700mm x 600mm cavity. A sophisticated cooling system, inclusive of water-cooled electrodes, chamber, molds, and interlayer, maintains optimal operating temperatures. The insulation cavity ensures a surface temperature below 35℃ during operation. The main viewing window, with a diameter of φ120mm, enhances visibility, while the lifting platform offers a flexible range of 0 to 40mm for sample handling. Essential accessories, such as an infrared thermometer, vacuum funnel, and water cooling interface, are included. The vacuum system, equipped with a KF25 exhaust port, features a molecular pump (1200) and a front rotary vane pump (VRD-16), achieving an ultimate vacuum level of 1.0E-3 Pa. The power supply operates on AC 380V at 50/60Hz. The pouring system facilitates convenient sample transfer, and the graphite crucible sleeve ensures efficient melting. The induction heating system, with a 60KW power supply, integrates a time controller and power controller, a water cooler, and a well-sized induction coil. The temperature control system, featuring an infrared sensor, ensures precise temperature control up to 1600℃. With a total power consumption of 60KW, the furnace's overall dimensions are 1550mm x 700mm x 1400mm, and it weighs 900kg, combining efficiency, precision, and convenience in a comprehensive melting solution.
