Oxygen Analysis System
Oxygen analysis aystem is widely used in petrochemical, fertilizer production, pharmaceutical, air separation, semiconductor industry and other real-time analysis of oxygen concentration in explosion-proof applications.
Product Description
The Oxygen Analysis System integrates specialized imported materials to efficiently absorb toxic components from sample gases, directing them to the explosion-proof oxygen transmitter. This design enhances the service life and precision of the transmitter. By collecting oxygen concentration values, users gain control over the corresponding nitrogen supply device, thereby diminishing the concentration of flammable and explosive gases in equipment like centrifuges and reaction kettles, ensuring a safer production environment. Employing a fuel cell-based test principle and a 128x64 matrix dot LCD display, the system provides a versatile testing range spanning 0 to 5%, 10%, or 25.00% O2. The option to select trace or constant oxygen ranges enhances adaptability to diverse applications.
The system ensures high accuracy, with an error rate below ±1.2%FS and a repeatability of ≤±1%, guaranteeing consistent and reliable measurements. Rapid response, with a T90≤60 seconds, provides timely data for analysis. Output features include a 4-20mA.DC analog output suitable for non-isolated applications and two programmable dry contact passive alarm outputs, each with a contact capacity of 220VAC/2A, expanding the system's functionality. Operating on DC24V/0.5A power, it maintains stability. Operating conditions span a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C with an environment humidity level below 80% RH. The system adopts a straight-through sampling mode with a Φ6mm 316L seamless stainless steel tube and PTFE tube for the sampling pipeline, ensuring efficient and reliable sample preparation. It accommodates sample gas conditions in environments without strong corrosive gases and dust levels below 1mg/Nm3, with a preprocessing level of I for enhanced efficiency.
The system, designed for wall-mounted installation, has compact dimensions of 213mm (height), 315mm (width), and 155mm (depth), with an installation hole cut of 135mm×80mm (H×W). With a service life exceeding 24 months under normal conditions, it provides long-term reliability. The system holds an explosion-proof grade of Exd IIB T4, and its technical parameters, initially based on constant oxygen measurements, can be customized to cater to various field requirements, including trace oxygen measurements. The flexibility extends to different oxygen transmitter ranges, sampling systems, and pressure conditions, showcasing the system's adaptability and versatility.
